Iowa

For the second time, the four of us met David's family HALFWAY between the two families in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately it rained the entire time but we made the best of it. The kids hung out at the pool, most of us played tennis a few days at the University of Iowa, a few of the boys fit in some basketball and football in between raindrops and all of us went out to eat! It was very relaxing and fun just to hang out and not have to be anywhere.

Instead of tennis on Sunday, Rita took Kirby and Brett shopping at the mall near the Holiday Inn Express. Brett and Kirby experienced a hurricane machine and enjoyed some ice cream.
