This year for THANKSGIVING we drove down to AUSTIN to spend the week with Gary's family. We saw my parents two times but mostly we hung out at Lois and Ira's with David, Rita, Aaron and Kirby. The majority of the time we sat around playing POKER and watching SPORTS but we also got out and did a few other things.
The first day with the cousins, Brett and Casey attended a UT basketball game with Dave, Rita, Aaron and Kirby. UT spanked FAU. I got to visit with Halli, Anne and my parents.
Gary, Ira and I took the four kids to Austin Park and Pizza. Ira snapped one picture of us playing miniature golf and another of the kids on the bumper boats.
The biggest trip the boys took was taking a horseback riding lesson in Dripping Springs, TX. Lois, Ira and Rita drove the kids 45 minutes to the ranch.

We all took advantage of the beautiful weather - flag football, basket ball, walks and more!
Dave's hip is healing great and he had just gotten permission right before the trip that it was ok to put pressure on his new hip!
